Over the years a lot of people have inspired me to dream big and follow my dream. This people have gone on to build multi million dollar businesses online starting from nothing. Going on from doing one-on-one coaching to, doing group coaching. Holding workshops with 1000’s of people paying to hear them speak. This is what i want to achieve and these people have made me believe it’s possible. It’s my goal to someday inspire lots of people to follow their dream and make a living doing what they love.

Okay, enough of this sappy stuff, Well, I will like to take the time to let you know about those that have inspired me online. I guess you can say I am who I am partly because of those I read about and what I watch. Feel free to visit any of these sites below, and I’d be happy to hear what you think, or have you come across these people as well?

Blogs That Inspire Me

1.  AliBrown.com: This go-to-gal to creating a business from starch and building an empire. She is one on the hottest ladies online right now that is creating a movement of successful women entrepreneurs online. She is one of the greatest marketing gurus I’ve ever none. The ways Ali brings people together to learn from her in a kind and living way is so awesome. My goal is to be in her Million Dollar Protégé clubs to mingle with those that are making million.
2. Mashable.com: Pete Cahmore is a huge inspiration to me when it comes to making money online. He has a ton of interesting and useful information on his blog, he has loads fans. He runs an open web award on his site on a regular bases and this alone brings him tons of traffic. I hope someday I will be nominated to get an award on his site, that will be so awesome.
3. Problogger.net: Darren Rowse is one of the best blogging guru I’ve ever known, I’m a regular reader of his blog. All of his articles are well written and I can’t stress how important the information he provides is for those of us who do any type of writing online. He just created a fantastic eBook entitled “31 Days to Build a Better Blog’“. It’s the exact eBook I’ve been using to grow my blog. You need to check it. It’s a short read and very informative.
4. StrategicProfits.com: I remember first hearing about Rich Scheren through his manifesto entitled “Internet Business Manifesto“, it was the best eBook I’ve ever read. Still date I still using the information I’ve learnt in my business. I’ve been reading his blog post for almost a year now, and every time I read them, I get so inspired to start my own online venture and design my own lifestyle. I joined their online community and learned even more about creating an online business, and without them, I would not be as successful as I am today.
5. Zenhabits.net: I actually found this personal development  blog when Zen Habits. had about 4,500 readers, and now his got over 144,000 readers. He writes great content, but it’s been a true inspiration to me to see how much his blog has grown so much over a short period of time. He has recently quit his job to start blogging full-time. Awesome…frikin awesome.

You might think it’s too hard to think about the next 3 years, but having a 3 year vision allows you to think big, way bigger than you can ever imagine.  Most of my clients just hope for the best. They simply keep doing what they’ve been doing and don’t have a strategy for creating the business of their dreams… living a wealthy entrepreneur’s life.

I used to write down my goals each year, but it never really worked for me. I just didn’t feel really excited about my new goals. They didn’t seem to propel me in motion and so I kind of viewed them as being useless. I never really looked at them, probably because they seemed like “should” rather than “really-meaningful-wants.”

Then I learnt about the concept of creating 3-year visions that helped me to focus on what I want for my life which includes my family, financial, spiritual, and relationship goals.

Having a 3 year goal has helped me to make a big stretch to what I can achieve in life. My creative side always takes over, so I see what I will like my life to be like, scary but exciting.

Having a vision is a necessary component to once success. A well defined vision keep’s us on track and motivates us times get though.  Your vision will keep you fired up.

Setting Your 3 Year Vision 

• Write down your visions. If your visions aren’t written down, it’s not a vision. It’s just a wish a wish and wishes doesn’t come true.
• Be sure the write your visions in the positive. Don’t write what you don’t want. Write down what you do want. Don’t write “I don’t want to struggle in my business any more” write “I am earning 4,000 a month on client projects”.
•  Be specific. Don’t write, “I want to earn more money”. Instead write, “I am earning 100.00 per year as a personal trainer”.
• Write your goals in the present tense. Not, “I will earn…” rather “I am earning”.
• Set a target date when the goals will be accomplished. Without a target date you’ll have the tendency to procrastinate and put off the necessary things you must do to achieve it, “” I am earning 1,000 a weeks as a personal trainer by March 12, 2009.
• Make sure your goals do not conflict with one another. Let say you set a business goal of being a personal trainer that has 60 private clients and you also set a personal goal of spending more time with your family, then there is a conflict because most of the time you will be busy working with clients and If the goals conflict’s you wouldn’t achieve any of them.

After you have set your 3 year visions, you need to develop an action plan for achieving them. Many people have created visions and never took action. You action plan simply “chucks down” the necessary steps you need to take to achieve your dream.

I’m deeply grateful for my family and the life I live. To be honest there is nothing short of a phenomenal year for me, both personally and professionally. So many of my BIG dreams have come true, way beyond my expectations. For that, I am grateful beyond words.  Now am living life like i mean so should you.

Most of the time i wonder if one can rellay have a business tht they love and acutally have a life. I guess it’s possible.
