You haven’t learnt the right skills. No matter what business you are in you are still in the business of marketing your services. The day you get this right, starts the day you will start a shift in your business. You are not in the Therapy, Nutrition or Accounting business you are in the business of marketing a Therapy, Nutrition or Accounting business full stop.
You are not delegating enough tasks to take care of the important things that make you more money. If you want to have the ideal business, work less and make a whole lot more, you need to delegate, because you can’t do every task in your business by yourself. Frank Sinatra didn’t move his own pianos. Delegating allows you to strengthen your strengths, instead of trying to “better” your weaknesses. It means you need to only work on your core competencies and focusing on growing your bottom line profit. In turn, you’ll get more done, you’ll make more mo-ney, and you’ll enjoy more time off for the important things in life (like your family, your friends, you know, the important stuff.)
Forgetting to check the mirror of your marking materials to see if they are pull marketing materials. Don’t you wish your service is in high demand, clients literally waiting on your list to work with you? One pull making technique is to have an ‘Irresistible F.R.E.E. offer’. Try giving out an audio CD, a special report, an intro teleclass, a workbook, an e-course, a checklist or downloadable audio. No system in place to take care of the business. When you get caught up in the everyday of your business and stop marketing your products and services, money stops coming in. To eliminate the “Feast or Famine” way in your business you need a systematic way of marketing your business. Set dates for all that needs to be done to grow your business. Put them in your calendar. Set these dates ahead of time and stick to them. Fit clients appointment around these schedule, then you will not run out of clients and money.
Learning more but not taking actions. Being distracted by the ‘Bright Shiny Object’ Syndrome. A lot of people are not making money because they are not implementing what they’re learning. They’ve read plenty of books, bought loads of manuals, attended 3-day workshops, heard countless teleclasses, but still don’t have a profitable business. Start prioritizing the marketing strategies you’ve learnt and start taking action. What’s going to make the most sense to work on first? What will bring in the most revenue effortlessly? What do my clients and subscribers need most from me for them to succeed? That’s how you make money and stop the nose bleeding in your business
Not knowing your main reason for success. If you know your main reason for success you will work your business. If not you will always struggle and never make it. If you have a dream it will keep you going and this only will help you be your best.
