No a day there are a lot’s of companies that are using web conferencing. When you have a group of people who are geographically separated it’s more convenient to do web based seminars or presentations to conducting seminars and meetings. Web conferencing allows participants to participate or conduct presentations, share applications, chat and send out instant messages about the seminar or presentation.
People and companies are investing in web conferences because of its advantages. Another word for web conferencing is webinar. We can meet as much people as possible in a webinar. It is not necessary to meet participants physically or face to face.
Since web conferencing replaces in-person meetings, not only does it reduce travel costs for businesses. I used this to communicate with all my virtual assistances all over the world.
When we save time we are also saving money because travel delays not only waste time but costs money also. I have been able to productively work with my team, because we meet up every morning to discuss any issue that needs to be sorted out. Web conferencing can also add to the workers’ flexibility. Meetings can be held on short notice even if participants are in distant locations.
In my next duo platinum group I’ve embarked in doing some of my coaching with webinar. It’s my first time ever and all of my clients like it.
It’s possible to meet frequently and consult about pertinent business issues, and strengthening the working relationship with my clients even if they are far from each other.
Another beneficial feature of web conferencing is its recording and archiving capability. Recording and archiving not only provides the necessary information to those who are unable to attend the meeting, but is also very useful for future reference.
