I wake up in the morning to make myself a nice low-carb, guilt-free pleasure smoothies. The more colorful fruits and vegetables the better, for example: green cucumbers, black beans, orange sweet potatoes, purple grapes, yellow corn, and red lettuce.
By drinking raw fruits and vegetables, I look and feel so much healthier. Here are 5 recipes to has helped me feel my best in this ecomony.
Cranberry Juice
When I drink this juice it gives me a boost of energy. It’s a refreshing drink filled with nutrients. It’s thick, creamy texture is filled with essential vitamins. Cranberries are a good source of antioxidants that play a role in preventing heart disease and some cancers.
TRY THIS:
2 cups Cranberries
1 Apple
Simply toss the cranberries and diced apple into a blender. Delicious with plenty of ice.
Cucumber, Pear, and Melon Mixed
I love having this juice for breakfast. I remember having it every morning just after gaving birth to Zaina. It gave my body a great boost. Cool cucumber slices and feel-good fruits are jam-packed with goodness. This energizing drink improves digestion and helps build up my immune system.

125g (4 oz) Asparagus Spears
¼ Melon
175g (6 oz) Cucumber
Juice the ingredients until smooth. Serve and decorate with asparagus spears.
Kiwi Grape Juice
This is a nice tropical explosion with an exceptionally tasty treat that cleanses my body. Grapes can help rid your system of toxins, and kiwis are full of essential nutrients.

6 Large Strawberries
½ cup Soy Yogurt
1 cup Soy Milk
Blend ingredients well and serve in chilled glasses. Decorate with a strawberry.
Juiced Lettuce
Lettuces also make a good drink. It doesn’t have to be used as salad alone. I love juicing them. They are fun and easy to make. The darker the leaves, the more nutritious the vegetable, Lettuces have very few calories and are loaded with vitamins A, B-6, C, K, and folate. They are also good for the skin, hair, and liver. I make this once a week. Love it.
